DBNV 2: G&G Edition

"...What's his deal? Is it so bad I killed his daddy?" Arete asked. "Now you finally know why killing out of pure desire is evil. One should kill only to protect what is right and worth protecting, and that's what you will be starting to do from now on, miss." Raditz told her.

"Oh, come on, spare me the torture of your boring lecture," Arete spat. "I told you already. Sorry for killing him, I guess, but it was either him or I. I protected myself."

Raditz sighed, "You still don't get it, do you? You'll learn eventually." Raditz said. "And I hope he does the same, I've met many revenge obsessed people before...and he's honestly a cut above the rest. I'm still determined to snap him out of it, but we have a bigger fish to fry right now. This tournament still is on going, and there's that incredible guy, Jiren. I want to surpass him, no matter what."

"Do whatever you want, I don't care anymore," Arete said, as she turned around and began to walk away. However, as she took some steps, she felt something wrong. Almost instantly, all the power had gone away from her, before she fell on her knees and eventually fell flat on the floor, losing consciousness.

Raditz simply looked at her. "Yeah, you're still not used to it. You've just unlocked it, good job." He said as he would take her to a safe place.

And El Hermano would punch the air several times, sending fist shapped air bullets at Gohan.

[Rand al'Thor]

Gohan blocked against the attacks and then wiped blood off his lips.

"You were so confident before," Gohan said. "You seemed as if you were ready to finish me off. Yet here I stand . . . is that really all the strength you can muster?" Gohan's cocky grin would easily be seen.

"W-What's he doing?" Gomen asked, from the side. "He has the power disadvantage and being cocky? This isn't like Gohan."

"You're right," Goku replied. "But I trust him."

[Notaka]

El Hermano simply looked at Gohan. "No, I haven't seen the need to use my full power on you," He bluntly stated. "But I'll ask the same to you, Is this as far as you can really go? You lasted this long because you were able to learn Ultra Instinct. Had it been otherwise, you would have departed from the mortal soil before you even had an idea of what transpired."

[Rand al'Thor]

"Of course," Gohan replied. Whether that was reply to El Hermano's question or statement was hard to tell. Possibly both.

[Notaka]

El Hermano was also a bit confused at what was happening. "No matter, I've indulged you just enough. You put up a good fight, warrior, but ultimately, you lack what is true strength. May the gods of battle preside over you on the otherworld." El Hermano stated. His power would swell up even more, it was unreal. He charged a ki blast and sent it at Gohan. It was faster and stronger, much more than any of his previous attacks.

[Rand al'Thor]

Gohan closed his eyes and the blast collided into his body. A large explosion ensued and a pillar of smoke immediately appeared.

"GOHAN!" Gomen and Goku screamed.

However, through the smoke Gohan's aura could be seen. But power suddenly began increasing from the warrior. The very air suddenly changed and as the smoke cleared, Gohan's shirt was being incinerated. A new aura appeared, similar to what it was before, yet different. And his hair, had now turned to a silver color. Gohan had entered his Mastered Ultra Instinct form. Gohan scooted a foot forward and in the next instant, he'd appear in front of El Hermano. A bolting uppercut came flying for his abdomen.

[Notaka]

"?!" El Hermano was surprised and was punched by Gohan. "URGH!" He spat blood as he was sent flying away with immense speed.

"What?!" Gohan's transformation got a reaction from the crowd. "How can this be?! Who is this man," A pope stated, his name was Pios. "How did he master Ultra Instinct? No one in history could master it."

"We've really gotten an incredible tournament this year, it honestly does not disappoint," Raguel stated. "If this man wins, might as well offer him the rank of Angel, rather than a low one like Priest."

[Rand al'Thor]

"I-Incredible!" Goten exclaimed. He couldn't believe his own brother had mastered Ultra Instinct. Gohan . . . everyone underestimated you. Heh, even I did. The greatest technique of all time is yours.

Gohan placed his body in a stance as he looked in El Hermano's direction.

"I will wait," Gohan said. "I know you've got more strength hidden. I want to see it."

[Notaka]

El Hermano would stop midair and flew back to Gohan, landing in front of him. He spat and looked at him. "Very well!" He simply responded before he began powering up, roaring as he did so. His power was indeed impressive, Angel worthy even.

"El Hermano...So that's what he has been doing ever since he left the empire," Venedict stated. "He certainly could now be able to apply for the angel position he has always dreamed of."

"Jealousy can be quite the motivation," Raguel added. "I suppose El Hermano has had enough of living in his brother's shadow and approached matters in a different way. Yet, there still is something lacking about him."

El Hermano was now covered in a harsh and violent blue aura. "Come, Son Gohan, let us settle this fight once and for all." He stated before he vanished. He suddenly appeared, flying towards Gohan, and attacked with a deadly jab to the face. If he hit him, El Hermano would grab his leg with one hand and pummel him with the other.

[Rand al'Thor]

Gohan would be hit by the jab and then grabbed and pummeled. Gohan then slammed a foot aimed for El Hermano's cheek. If he hit him, Gohan would backflip away and land on the ground. He'd then cup his hands together, charging an attack of bluish gray.

"Here is my full power," Gohan said.

"H-He's not kidding!" Goku exclaimed, struggling to keep from blowing away as Gohan's wild aura charged with power.

"Ultra Kamehameha!!!!" Gohan's massive ki wave burst from his palms and shot its way up at El Hermano.

[Notaka]

El Hermano was kicked by Gohan and he let go. He was then slammed by the Kamehameha and would push against it. "This is...nothing!" He shouted as he was being pushed back the kamehameha, his feet leaving a trail on the arena's floor. "I will show you...what absolute power....is!!!"

[Rand al'Thor]

Gohan said nothing, he just kept pressing on. The veins were visible on his arms and forehead. He was giving it his all.

[Notaka]

"Ngr...GRR!!" El Hermano shouted, his forehead was strained. "GRAAAAAARGH!!!!" He yelled in fury as power got ahold of him. He started to push back the Kamehameha, before he pulled back his arm and punched his way through it. If nothing was done, he would reach Gohan with a very deadly blow to the gut.

[Rand al'Thor]

Donovan suddenly screamed from the audience.

Gohan's eyes widened as El Hermano barreled his way through the Kamehameha and landed a punch to Gohan's gut. In that moment, Gohan let go of his Kamehameha and saliva flew from his mouth.

"Gohan!" Goku yelled.

"How did that guy break through that?!" Gomen exclaimed. "He's an absolute monster!"

[Notaka]

El Hermano stood over Gohan. Breathing heavily, his shirt was torn apart, and his torso was bare. however, his appearance had changed. No longer yellow, he was now more like a light blue and his eyes were violet. He had assumed the same form Arete did.

"Enough with this, what's going on?" Raguel asked, "First that woman, now El Hermano...Why are the transcendentals appearing again, I thought they had disappeared long ago."

"Fools." El Hermano echoed. "You will never beat me. I've gained something beyond strength. You all are ants compared to me. Even the Gods themselves will fall before me."
